  1. How to specify target name?

    You need load both email and target name. The format is same as the followed example. 
    x@x.com,name for x
y@y.com,name for y
    It's one email (and name) each line with comma seperated. After loading the file, you can use the [Name] macro to insert the target name into your mail body or subject.

  2. Difference between trial version and full version

    3. For PRO version harvester, you can only export less than 50 results and you can not use captcha decoding service in trial version. The limitation is same for REGULAR version harvester. And for the mailer, the limitation for the trial version is that you can only load at most 10 target for mail sending.

    Trial version is only for trial. If you really like it, you need to buy the full version. After buying the full version, you will get a license code and you do not need to download a new version. Just fill the license code in your previous trial version, it will become a full version automatically.

  4. What's the difference between PRO version and regular version?

    It is easier to harvest mails from multiple cities and sections with PRO version. With it, you can harvest mails from many cities and sections with just one click.

  5. Do you offer life time free upgrading and support?

    We offer life time free upgrading, but we can only offer 1 year free customer supports.

  6. Can I run the software on more than one computer?

    Yes, you can. But you should not share your license code with any others.

  7. Do you guys accept paypal order?

  8. How to use the mailer?

    Basically, you just need to follow the following steps one by one to send out your emails.
    • Setup your email accounts
    • Setup your email subject and content
    • Import your email targets
    • Click the SEND button to send them all

  9. How to setup my email accounts?

    • Run the mailer, at the left side, choose the Accounts table
    • Click the Add button to add a new email account
    • Now you will be lead to a new window on which you need to fill all details for your email account
    • Check all details and click the Save button

  10. What are the meanings of each email detail?

    • Nick name will be shown as the from user name when your customer receive your email
    • Email address is the from address and the reply-to address
    • Server name is the SMTP server from which you send your emails
    • Port is the SMTP server port, normally it can be default to 25
    • Use SSL should be checked if your SMTP server is connected in secure connection
    • Start TLS is normally not required, but if you find your account does not work, try this. This option is required for @live.com @msn.com and @hotmail.com accounts
    • Need credential should be checked if your SMTP server ask you for user namd and password
    • User name is used for credential
    • Password is used for credential

  11. How can I import target addresses?

    Choose the Targets table and click the Load button, choose the file and import them. You need to put the target addesses in a file one per line. Leading and tailing spaces and blank lines will be ignored.

  12. How can I send both HTML and PLAIN mail content?

    Check the Use both text body at the right up conner. Fill plain body text at the Plain Body table, html source code at the Html Body table. You can preview your HTML body at the Html Body Preview table.

  13. How can I include more details like the original post subject in the mails?

    If you export more details from the harvester and import the file to this mailer, you can use the MACROs to customerize your emails with such details.

  14. How can I make every email different in the mailer?

    Currently our mailer can support MACROs with which you can customerize each emails easily. The following MACROs all are applied to Subject, Plain Body and HTML Body.

  15. What file format is accepted by the mailer?

    To make your own file to load to the mailer, you can use the following two formats.

    First format include exactly two columns which are target mail address and target name. The corresponding macros are [TargetMail] and [Name]. Here is an example. 

    x@mail.com,name1
y@mail.com,name2

    Second format include variable columns which are (if present) [TargetMail], [TargetSubject], [PostUrl], [PostTime]. To be dinstinguishable from the first format, you can not let it have only two columns. I.e. one column is ok; three, four, five or even more columns are also ok.

    The data will begin from the first line of your file and so do not put any column name there.

  16. Can I run more than 1 copy on a same computer?

    Sure, you can.
